A: I accept fabric for custom orders and I deduct the amount it would cost me in fabric to make the bag.
Q: Can you personalize?
A: I can add a name to any children’s bag for $5 more. I do require payment upfront for personalized items.
Q: These handles are too long. Can I send them back for you to resize?
A: I will go out of my way to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned for tweaks and adjustments.
